[Minimum 120 words]:i think i should be picked over other people because i am a quick learner and i take my time in things to make sure i get them right.I think i do well as staff because i lsten to both stories no matter what if the person is my friend. I give out fair punishments. I am active on  2 platforms(will be 3 when desktop is back working).
• About yourself [Minimum 230 words]: OK about myself where do i start ok i'm a city fan. I am active i enjoy policeRP i like the way the community is going and i would like to stick around. I have dyslexia also i don't have a mic :( and well thats it really i'm boring really. and one other thing i hate word counts it doesnt show how good you are on the server it just shows you can write alot.
• How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit they say their brother was playing on their account. So it wasn't him. What do you do?(updated) i would jail/freeze them and take them to a roof and check loggs I would ban them for MRDM they sohuldnt let there brother or sister in the room walst playing and could also be them
• Someone is threatening to DDOS the server what would you do and why? i would permanantly ban them for attempted crash on the server 
• There are two Player's Braking the rule's Player (A) and Player (B) .Player A is claiming that Player B is mass rdming. You bring them and player A Start's being racist to Player B. Player B then kills Player A. What whould you do ?i would take them both to a roof. when player a start being racist i would warn them for being racist if it continues i will kick them. If player b did mass rdm i would ban them for 2 days.
• Player A is mass rdming in spawn you bring him into a sit you ask him why he start's to shoot you and tries to jump of the Roof. whilst he tries to jump off he shout's something in a diffrent language. How do you deal with this?i would freeze him and tp him to the roof where i would check loggs and see if it is true i would ban for 4 days for ARDM IN A SIT, Running from a sit, and MRDM in spawn.
• Yourself and another Admin are the only staff online. You notice that you are the only one handling reports whilst the Admin in question is ignoring sits. What do you do? i would report the other admin to a higher up 
• ​​​​There is a new player which is new to Policerp, 20 minutes after he got trained to Police Officer he is accused of RDMing, He doesn’t know that shooting at players without reason is a ban-able offence, What do you do?  i would tell the police officer that it is not ok to do at he should read the rules before continuing rp.
• 4 different players is spamming ooc and advert with“THIS SERVER SUCKS!” What do you do? i would warn them for chat spam if they continue i would ban them
• A friend comes to you complaining that he has been banned by another staff member, and wants you to find out why. Upon further investigation, you discover that you believe the ban is unjustified. How do you handle this. i would tell them to take it to the forums as it is not my job to decide weather  he should be unbanned or not the admin can explain his reasons for banning and the player can put his point and evidance aswell.

If they join back and rdm i would them ban them. you would just ban them not kick them and if they come back then ban them
